지인의 PC가 ask.com으로 시작페이지가 고정되는 문제가 있었습니다.

별의 별 방법으로도 안 되어서 구글링으로 힌트를 찾았습니다.

해당 프로그램을 다운로드 받아서 실행하시고 SCAN 클릭합니다.

그리고 internet explorer, firefox, chrome탭에서 dts.ask.com 관련을 클릭하고

Clean 클릭하면 정리 작업하고 , 리부팅 권장합니다.

리부팅하고 나면 아래와 같은 메세지가 보일 것이니 참고하시면 되겠습니다.

마지막으로 검색 공급자에서도 ask.com 제거해주세요.
